KaNa Connect GmbH is looking for a Finance Consultant - Accounting, Reporting & Data (m/w/d) to advise clients in the finance sector on implementing and automating financial reporting. In this role, you will analyze complex financial data and build innovative reporting solutions.
What You'll Do
- Consult clients in Controlling, Accounting, and Group Management on the introduction, development, and automation of financial reporting.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, recognize relationships between profit, loss, and cash flow, and explain them understandably.
- Support clients from various industries, including Private Equity, Startups, and Mid-sized companies, in using the Financial Management Suite.
- Systematically identify sources of error, analyze data flows, and reconcile them using your accounting understanding.
- Independently develop innovative solutions in financial reporting, build dashboards, and use tools like Excel or Power BI to visualize complex financial relationships.
- Deeply understand system logics and tools, comprehend how data interrelates in the background, and use this knowledge to create precise and sustainable solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional experience in the finance sector (e.g., Accounting, Controlling, Tax Consulting, or Group Reporting).
- Understanding of business relationships and how balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow interlock.
- Knowledge of Power BI or a strong affinity for reporting tools, with the ability to visualize complex financial relationships in dashboards and reports.
- Communicative, confident, and authentic presence, even in complex situations.
- Desire to take responsibility, drive topics forward independently, and grow together as a team.
- Enjoy working in an agile, unbureaucratic environment with significant freedom.
- Team fit: humor, clarity, genuine collaboration, and a desire for exchange are important.
