Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of machine learning and generative AI systems from concept to production
- Develop and deploy scalable artificial intelligence solutions using classical machine learning, deep learning, and large language models
- Combine technical leadership with direct development work on advanced AI and ML projects
- Offer expert guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members through code and design evaluations
- Work closely with engineering, product, and other teams to deliver AI solutions that meet organizational standards
- Create and implement AI-driven applications to solve intricate business problems
- Spearhead experimental initiatives in generative AI, including transformers, GANs, and diffusion models
- Define and enforce standards for model management, version control, reproducibility, and data security
- Partner with data engineers, data scientists, software developers, and product leads to convert business needs into technical implementations
- Assess new technologies, frameworks, and research advancements to foster innovation and sustain technical leadership
- Produce detailed architectural documentation, lead design reviews, and communicate technical strategies to stakeholders
