Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the team shaping the editorial direction of the threat intelligence stream.
- Separate signal from noise at scale in threat intelligence curation.
- Craft threat briefs that include context, relevance, and a clear call-to-action (e.g., isolate, patch, investigate, escalate).
- Set the standard for what 'actionable intelligence' means within the product.
- Translate raw threat data into product-level requirements for Engineering teams.
- Ensure intelligence triggers remediation workflows, not just alerts.
- Leverage Qualys' massive backend telemetry to validate threat trends.
- Shape product direction based on threat intelligence insights.
- Define and demonstrate how embedded, contextualized intelligence increases platform value for customers.
- Support go-to-market motions including managed risk partnerships, federal programs, and freemium-to-paid conversion.
