About the Role
Serve as the top technical leader on the mobile team, shaping long-term mobile strategy, ensuring technical rigor, and enabling seamless integration between mobile and web platforms through collaboration with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and guide the long-term architectural roadmap for mobile applications primarily developed with React Native.
- Serve as a leading technical contributor, establishing benchmarks for code quality, system performance, and scalability.
- Ensure close coordination between mobile and web engineering teams to deliver a consistent user experience.
- Collaborate with product and design leadership to shape strategic plans, execution timelines, and initiative sequencing for key mobile projects.
- Develop and promote scalable architectural patterns, frameworks, and coding standards across the mobile engineering organization.
- Work with design and platform teams on enterprise-wide efforts such as shared UI components, navigation systems, and design language consistency.
- Advocate for high engineering standards through architecture reviews, performance tuning, and technical discipline.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical risks while encouraging innovation and experimentation.
- Mentor senior and staff-level engineers, supporting their technical growth and leadership development.
- Act as the primary technical authority on mobile topics across the broader organization.

Compensation
