Prime Therapeutics LLC is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to assess the value of our programs and contribute to the development of new financial pricing strategies. In this remote role, you will lead highly complex analyses and provide consultation to internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Recommend new and revised financial pricing programs by analyzing pharmacy claims data, drug prices, and other relevant datasets.
- Develop financial pricing models to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
- Apply mathematical, statistical, and economic techniques to identify key drivers of costs and profitability.
- Act as a subject matter expert by educating stakeholders on financial pricing programs and data interpretation.
- Create and implement pharmacy financial pricing targets for use by Provider Relations and guarantee management processes.
- Transform unstructured data sets into structured, easily consumable data assets.
- Assemble large, complex data sets from multiple sources to meet business requirements.
- Assist end users with data-related technical issues.
- Influence and implement designs and data models in partnership with data architects.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in applied math, statistics, engineering, accounting, finance, economics, business, computer sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 5+ years of work experience in pricing or financial analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), claims processing, healthcare, or a related field.
- Previous experience using SQL, SAS, Alteryx, R, Python, or related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and interpret complex data.
- Ability to establish rapport and effectively influence at all levels within an organization.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and independently.
- Strong problem-solving, analysis, decisiveness, and judgment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery (or another SQL tool such as SAS EG, Teradata, etc).
- Experience working in a dimensional data warehouse.
- Previous experience in the PBM or health care industry.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $81,000 - $138,000 per year.
