iSchool is looking for a Presales Support Intern to ensure parents and students have a smooth and positive experience during their trial sessions. In this critical role, you will be the front line of support, solving technical issues and facilitating communication to maintain high session quality.
What You'll Do
- Assist parents and students in joining their trial sessions via Zoom and our platform
- Solve basic technical issues including audio, camera, and login problems
- Act as a bridge between tutor and parent to resolve any session issues
- Respond to parents' questions about bookings and session logistics
- Ensure smooth session start and provide follow-up support when needed
- Maintain high attendance and positive experience rates
What We're Looking For
- Intermediate English proficiency in both spoken and written communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting Zoom, browsers, and internet connectivity
- Availability to work a midnight shift aligned with North America time zones
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a customer support role
- Background or experience in the EdTech sector
- Experience handling international clients
