Telana is looking for a Presales Solution Architect to serve as a trusted technical expert, bridging the gap between visionary business goals and innovative cloud solutions. In this role, you will lead technical presales for complex accounts, ensuring high-value, sustainable solutions that solve real-world problems.
What You'll Do
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand long-term goals and shape technical strategies.
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover hidden challenges and co-create architectures.
- Design multi-faceted solutions on Microsoft Azure, M365, and Google Cloud, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and resilient.
- Develop novel architectural patterns and govern technical risk for long-term stability.
- Build compelling business cases and financial models to help clients understand ROI.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop technical strategies that expand footprint in key accounts.
- Collaborate, coach others, and foster a culture of continuous learning within architecture, advisory, and delivery communities.
- Share best practices and help build an inclusive, supportive engineering environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing presales or solution architecture role.
- Deep understanding of cloud-first architectures, specifically Microsoft Azure and Fabric.
- Track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, impactful business value.
- Enjoy the commercial side of technology—creating the narrative for why a solution is worth the investment.
- Passionate about coaching others and contributing to a diverse, inclusive team culture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
