interface projects GmbH is looking for a Presales Consultant (M/W/D) to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be the technical expert supporting our sales team, engaging customers, and demonstrating the value of our semantic enterprise search platform through presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept projects.
What You'll Do
- Support the sales team in customer meetings, tenders, and trade fairs.
- Prepare and conduct presentations, webinars, and lectures for prospects and at conferences.
- Support customers with technical and subject-specific questions during the presales phase.
- Prepare and conduct requirement workshops, analyzing needs to tailor presentation scenarios.
- Create effort estimates and technical solution descriptions for proposals.
- Clarify the technical feasibility of customer requirements for the sales team.
- Manage proof-of-concept projects and take technical responsibility for demo showcases.
- Technically process formal tenders.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in computer science or business informatics (Bachelor/Master).
- Knowledge in the AI field, specifically topics like text embeddings and large language models.
- Process knowledge in B2B business and a pragmatic mindset.
- Strong customer orientation and at least 1 year of experience in consulting, presales, or software sales.
- Experience in requirements analysis and IT project management.
- A structured, analytical, and strategic approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, convincing presence for on-site customer presentations.
- German and English language skills at at least C1 level in spoken and written form.
- Willingness to travel.
