What You'll Do
Partner with sales teams and clients to assess logistics and technical requirements, then design customized solutions using SaaS and API-based platforms. Deliver targeted demonstrations that align with client workflows and business goals.
Use data analysis and the ShipMatch® methodology to recommend optimal carrier and technology combinations. Create detailed proposals and technical evaluations that accelerate customer decision-making.
Communicate client feedback and technical limitations to product and engineering teams to support platform improvements. Maintain up-to-date expertise on carrier offerings, software updates, and integration capabilities.
Present findings and solution options clearly, both in writing and during live sessions. Work cross-functionally to ensure technical commitments are met and sales initiatives succeed.
Requirements
- Proven experience with API integration and application development
- Minimum of three years in technical SaaS sales roles
- Field-based customer interaction experience, including travel
- Strong ability to interpret shipping data and translate it into actionable insights
- Proficiency in articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
