About the Role

The role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, and providing technical support and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical support.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and sales collateral.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Develop and deliver technical training to the sales team.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to showcase products.
  • Work with the product management team to gather customer feedback and improve products.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotes to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure product requirements are met.
  • Provide post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise in the company's products and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide input on product roadmaps and future development based on customer feedback.
  • Conduct technical assessments and evaluations of potential projects.
  • Ensure that all technical aspects of the sales process are accurately represented.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team on the status of technical projects.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop technical content for marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide technical support during customer visits and on-site demonstrations.
  • Ensure that all technical documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support during the contract negotiation phase.
  • Conduct technical audits and assessments of potential projects.
