Prematch is hiring a Praktikum HR - Recruiting, Talentmanagement & Employer Branding (Start: September 2025) (m/w/d)

About the Role

Prematch is looking for a motivated intern to join our HR team for a six-month journey starting in September 2025. In this full-time role, you will dive deep into HR operations at a fast-paced startup, gaining comprehensive, hands-on experience across recruiting, talent management, and employer branding. You'll help us find top talent and shape our company culture.

What You'll Do

  • Create new job postings and manage the end-to-end application process.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and help craft an excellent candidate experience.
  • Bring fresh ideas to company culture and support projects in Culture & Employer Branding.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative office tasks.
  • Work closely with Lisa on recruiting initiatives and tackle various HR projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Recently completed studies or current enrollment in a university program.
  • High motivation, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and a communicative nature.
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and grow quickly.
  • Availability for a full-time, 6-month internship starting in September 2025.
  • Living in or near Cologne, Germany.
  • Enjoy working in a small team and startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • First steps in Recruiting and Active Sourcing, through internships or working student roles.
  • A field of study in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a similar discipline.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with Lisa in our HR/Recruiting team. Prematch has a team of over 30 members, split between offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business) and remote across Europe (Tech & Product), fostering a dynamic startup atmosphere.

Work Mode
