Aledade is seeking a Practice Support Specialist to join our remote Practice Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct support to Aledade’s network of primary care practices, enabling them to thrive in value-based care models.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to assigned primary care practices.
- Act as a primary point of contact for practices, addressing questions and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure practice needs are met and success metrics are achieved.
- Educate practices on Aledade’s technology and workflows to optimize their performance.
- Document interactions and track support activities to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer or practice support role, preferably within healthcare.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Comfort with learning and explaining technical systems and software.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Minneapolis, MN; Austin, TX; Seattle, WA; Raleigh, NC; or Pittsburgh, PA.
