Toptal is hiring a Practice Director, Data to oversee and drive the success of its Data vertical in the US market. You will be responsible for leading client delivery, shaping talent strategy, and ensuring the practice meets its strategic and operational goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution for Toptal's Data practice in the US.
- Own client delivery excellence, ensuring successful outcomes for enterprise engagements.
- Drive the growth and scaling of the Data practice talent network.
- Establish and maintain standards, processes, and best practices for data projects.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams on key client opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading a data consulting practice, delivery team, or similar function.
- Deep understanding of data engineering, analytics, data science, and AI/ML landscapes.
- Strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering complex data projects.
- Experience in talent assessment, acquisition, and development for technical roles.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
