Paired is looking for a PR & Podcast Booking Manager to elevate our brand presence and secure strategic podcast appearances. You will develop and execute PR strategies, build relationships with podcast hosts, and manage logistics for speaking engagements while also producing compelling video content for LinkedIn.
What You'll Do
- Secure guest spots on business podcasts and YouTube channels aimed at business owners, executives, and in-house legal counsel.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with podcast hosts, producers, and media influencers.
- Craft compelling pitch angles that showcase firm leaders as desirable guests.
- Oversee the entire media booking process including outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and post-appearance communication.
- Monitor placement effectiveness and audience interaction to refine targeting strategies.
- Conceive the creative vision and content calendar for the firm’s LinkedIn video series (“Legal Myth Busters”).
- Write and produce short-form video content that simplifies complex legal subjects into business-oriented material.
- Manage production logistics, editing guidance, and quality assurance in post-production.
- Enhance video content for optimal LinkedIn performance and audience engagement.
- Develop a unified thought leadership and authority marketing strategy across podcasts, YouTube, and owned media.
- Create talking points, key messages, and signature narratives for firm leaders.
- Identify opportunities for speaking engagements, articles, and expert commentary.
- Ensure brand consistency across all authority marketing efforts and safeguard the premium image of the firm and its leaders.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in authority marketing, PR, or media relations for professional services (legal, financial, consulting, or similar B2B services).
- Proven track record of personally securing guest placements on established podcasts and YouTube shows.
- Hands-on video content production experience including scripting, developing, directing, and delivering polished final content.
- Demonstrated experience building thought leadership platforms that generated measurable business outcomes.
- Strong existing network of podcast hosts, producers, and media contacts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills to manage booking pipeline, content calendar, and production workflow.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting (self-directed, high ownership).
