Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a PPC Specialist | Remote | LATAM Only | 88120

Manage, analyze, and enhance paid digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing. In this role, you’ll take ownership of campaign lifecycles—from initial setup to performance reporting—ensuring each aligns with client objectives and delivers measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage paid campaigns with a focus on targeting, bidding, and budget efficiency.
  • Monitor performance in real time and adjust strategy based on data insights.
  • Optimize audience segmentation, keyword selection, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement and maintain tracking for key actions such as form fills, calls, and purchases using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CallRail.
  • Collaborate with account managers to deliver clear, actionable performance updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Use platforms including SEMRush, Unbounce, and Data Studio to support analysis and reporting.
  • Participate in team discussions to refine campaign approaches and share best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads.
  • Proven track record managing campaigns targeting the U.S. market.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Ads Offline Editor.
  • Proficiency in Data Studio (Looker Studio), SEMRush, CallRail, and Unbounce.
  • Advanced English skills for clear reporting and professional communication.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance metrics.

Preferred Background

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Microsoft Ads.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position open to candidates in LATAM countries. You must be available to work during core business hours within 2 hours of U.S. Central Time (CT). The role supports a collaborative, transparent culture focused on growth and continuous improvement.

Compensation

Base salary starts at $3,000 per month, with potential for adjustment based on experience and fit. Equity is not included.
