Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is hiring a Power Platform Developer

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) seeks an exceptionally skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in Power Apps and Power Automate to define, model, and deliver critical data connections and visualizations, evolving our data framework to meet enterprise needs.

What You'll Do

• Define, model, and deliver connections to standard Army data sources.
• Establish and maintain connections through the data gateway, create ETL as required, and utilize Dataverse and data warehouses as needed.
• Design and deliver common dashboards and reports.
• Evolve the existing data framework platform to provide enterprise repeatable capabilities.
• Perform Power BI solution development and Premium Workspace management.
• Develop data models and align SharePoint Online, M365, and other solutions to the data model.
• Build a data environment to support existing and emerging data visualization and metrics requirements.
• Work with customers to define and document requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communications, including formal and informal presentations.
• Develop data visualization solutions and create dashboards based on key performance indicators.
• Define and communicate technical project plans, roadmaps, and schedules.

What We're Looking For

• Customer engagement experience and the ability to develop relationships and understand needs.
• 1-5 years of PowerApps development experience building canvas apps.
• 1-5 years of Power Automate experience focusing on business process automation.
• Advanced SharePoint Online (SPO) experience with a proven understanding of how SharePoint fits into the M365 ecosystem.
• Foundational knowledge (with some experience) in Power Pages, Dataverse, and Premium Capacities.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Intermediate to Advanced experience and understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite of tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision.
• COMPTIA Security+ certification (preferred upon hire but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well-qualified candidates).
• A Computing Environment (CE) certification relative to the position (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, or 400; certification preferred upon hire but can be acquired within 90 days).
• An Active or Current DOD Secret Clearance.

Nice to Have

• Experience building model-driven applications in Power Apps.
• Data Architecture experience.
• Experience supporting and interacting with Senior Leaders or Executives.
• Understanding of Power BI Premium Workspaces.
• Ability to work with ambiguous and/or limited requirements.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and receptive to constructive feedback.
• Power BI Development experience.
• Understanding of data visualization solutions and data modeling.
