Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop for building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Expertise in creating interactive reports using Bookmarks, Tooltips, Drill-through, Buttons, and Hierarchies.
- Experience with Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps.
- Translate requirements into functional and technical Power BI solutions.
- Recommend best practices for data visualization and report usability.
- Design and build Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports.
- Develop robust data models including relationships, hierarchies, and calculated tables.
- Connect to various data sources: SQL Server, Azure SQL, Excel, APIs, SharePoint, Dataverse, etc.
- Support deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and version control.
- Strong experience in Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Implement governance standards (naming conventions, data lineage, usage monitoring).
