NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Power BI Developer to transform raw data into actionable insights and automate business processes. You will design, develop, and maintain applications using the Microsoft Power Platform to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Power Apps to automate business processes and enhance data workflows
- Utilize Power Automate to integrate disparate systems, streamline repetitive tasks, and optimize process efficiency
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to deliver accurate and timely insights
- Analyze and interpret metrics to provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in the Microsoft Power Platform
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience with the full Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Proficiency in data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and report optimization techniques
- Knowledge of data governance practices, database management, and cloud-based platforms
- Familiarity with working in secure or regulated environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements
- Experience in UiPath or other robotic process automation (RPA) tools
- Must have an active Secret clearance
