Cognizant is hiring a Power BI Architect with deep enterprise experience across Power BI Service Premium and Fabric. This role focuses on architecting comprehensive data and business intelligence solutions, from tenant administration and advanced data modeling to performance tuning and governance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive data solutions using Power BI Report Builder to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into actionable insights using MS Power Automate.
- Utilize Power BI Service to streamline data visualization processes and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using MS Power BI to support strategic decision-making.
- Optimize data models and queries in MS Excel to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Manage and maintain databases ensuring data integrity and security through effective use of SQL.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in the development and deployment of data solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments of data systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Oversee the integration of merchandising domain knowledge into data solutions to drive targeted business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data management and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments to optimize performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated with the latest advancements in data technologies.
What We're Looking For
