As a Travel Consultant in Athens for speakit, you'll ensure the organization meets customer requirements daily. You are the customer support who will lead in providing the best possible customer service experience while keeping the company's business needs in perspective. What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for the world's first-class accommodation partners by resolving basic questions and queries, such as modifications to rooms, rates, and availability, extranet tooling etc.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
- Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use tools and systems to provide accurate information.
- A passion for travel and helping others.
