Viseven was looking for a Portfolio Customer Success Manager

Viseven is seeking a Portfolio Customer Success Manager to manage and nurture key client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive product adoption and expansion.
  • Proactively monitor client health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in LATAM.
