Viseven is seeking a Portfolio Customer Success Manager to manage and nurture key client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive product adoption and expansion.
- Proactively monitor client health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in LATAM.
