What You'll Do
Act as the central point for project coordination, guiding initiatives from initial intake through to delivery while ensuring alignment with established PMO practices. Monitor progress across the project lifecycle, flagging risks, delays, and inconsistencies to keep teams on track.
Maintain a reliable, up-to-date repository of all project information, serving as the definitive source for reporting and decision-making. Support governance by enforcing stage-gate requirements, documentation standards, and audit readiness across projects.
Take ownership of Asana as the primary project platform—optimizing workflows, refining board structures, and ensuring data integrity. Lead cleanup efforts, support automation, and continuously improve how teams use the system. Serve as a resource for best practices, coaching teams on effective project tracking and delivery discipline.
Support Business Continuity Planning and occupational health and safety initiatives by maintaining registers, tracking action items, and ensuring compliance. Contribute to strategic and operational projects when needed, and develop dashboards that provide leadership with clear, actionable insights.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project, portfolio, or PMO coordination roles
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Proven experience using tools such as Asana, Excel, or similar for tracking and reporting
- Strong organisational abilities with a track record of managing multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and experience working across cross-functional teams
