Cushman & Wakefield Global, Inc is hiring a PMO Project Manager to establish and govern project management standards. This role develops processes and tools to enable consistent, effective project delivery across teams and partners.
What You'll Do
- Develop, document, and improve PMO processes, standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Create, maintain, and govern project management templates, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide PMO governance oversight to ensure adherence to processes, standards, controls, and reporting.
- Monitor, validate, and maintain project data integrity across systems and reports.
- Establish and manage PMO reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics for project visibility.
- Review project documentation for compliance with PMO standards and governance.
- Partner with Clients and other FMP firms to align governance, reporting, and decision-making.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between internal PMs, Clients, and external partners.
- Support leadership with governance insights, risk identification, and recommendations.
- Lead change management for new or updated PMO processes, tools, and controls.
- Design, develop, and deliver training to drive adoption of PMO standards and processes.
- Coach and support project managers for effective implementation of PMO practices.
- Identify gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle.
- Perform related assignments as required to support PMO operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in a PMO, project management, operations, or process improvement role.
- Demonstrated experience establishing or supporting PMO governance, standards, and compliance.
- Proven ability to ensure data integrity across project management tools and reporting platforms.
- Experience developing and delivering training for project teams.
- Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and Power BI, including dashboard and governance reporting development.
Nice to Have
- Experience partnering with Clients and external firms in a consulting or multi-stakeholder environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
