Deloitte Luxembourg is seeking a PMO Consultant to actively support the business by managing and coordinating activities for various services and products within our Advisory & Consulting Growth Team.
What You'll Do
- Translate business projects into concrete marketing objectives.
- Coordinate and own projects and initiatives from A to Z with an advisor approach and proactive mindset.
- Provide direct support to the service line leader in preparing marketing campaign plans and follow-up.
- Assist, create, and follow up on go-to-market tasks.
- Organize small to medium-sized events in a project management role.
- Prepare financial reports and challenge results.
- Carry out regular, structured reporting, as well as Market and Competitors Watch.
- Provide direct support to the Industry Leader in budgeting preparation and follow-up.
- Support the business by targeting clients and monitoring the progress of sector ambition plans and strategies.
- Inspire colleagues by sharing experiences and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Highly organized, rigorous, curious, and precise, with the ability to monitor and track request progress.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong learning agility with analytical skills, a pragmatic and hands-on approach, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Affinity with digital marketing and ideas on how companies can distinguish themselves online.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, customer-driven atmosphere.
- A team player with a collaborative approach.
- Fluent in French and English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Salesforce tools.
- A first experience in a similar role.
