NTT DATA Business Solutions North America is looking for a Platinum Consultant to manage and maintain our SAP systems. In this crucial role, you will ensure the stability and efficiency of our ECC and S4HANA environments while providing direct technical support to users and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain On premise SAP ECC, S4HANA Private Cloud systems and S4HANA Public Cloud systems.
- Manage ECC and Public Cloud Transport Management.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure system stability and efficiency.
- Provide technical support to key users and end-users, resolving issues related to SAP Basis.
- Work closely with functional teams, developers, and other stakeholders to support business processes and project initiatives.
- Manage SAP transport landscape, including creation, movement, and tracking of transport requests across different environments.
- Manage the SAP Basis ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing and maintaining SAP systems, specifically SAP ECC and S4HANA.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP Basis administration and transport management processes.
- Strong capability in monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing stability solutions.
- Experience providing direct technical support for SAP Basis to a user community.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Experience managing an SAP Basis ticket queue and ensuring timely issue resolution.
