About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Infrastructure Engineer to join our core Platform Team in Austin, Texas. As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers the FutureSecure.ai platform. You’ll work closely with engineers across the company to ensure our platform is performant, scalable, and secure, enabling us to deliver innovative AI-powered experiences. Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and reliable infrastructure for our AI-powered platform - Develop and deploy infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and Kubernetes - Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management - Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and scalability - Contribute to the development of our CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks - Collaborate with security engineers to implement and maintain security best practices throughout the infrastructure - Participate in on-call rotation to ensure the availability and reliability of the platform - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely and effective manner - Contribute to the documentation of infrastructure components and processes - Proactively identify and address potential infrastructure risks - Experience working with various cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - 3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or DevOps - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform - Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) - Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) - Strong understanding of networking principles and security best practices - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience building and scaling AI/ML infrastructure.
