hellomateo is looking for a Platform & Reliability Engineer (f/m/x) to bridge the gap between system reliability and developer experience. Your mission is to ensure our production systems run smoothly and that our engineers love working on them, within an international and remote product team of 11-50 employees.

What You'll Do

Own and evolve our observability stack, including Grafana, Prometheus, and Sentry.
Ensure our systems are performant, reliable, and scalable, working with AWS Fargate, Postgres, BullMQ, and Supabase.
Continuously improve internal developer workflows, from monorepo setup and CI/CD to local development and testing.
Evaluate and introduce new tools, like AI-based dev tooling, in a thoughtful and pragmatic way.
Work closely with engineering and product to proactively detect bottlenecks and drive improvements.

What We're Looking For

Experience running and maintaining production systems at scale.
Strong background in observability, reliability, and incident response.
Passion for developer tooling and internal workflows.
A pragmatic approach to adopting new technologies and improving existing ones.

Nice to Have

Experience with Supabase and AI-based dev tooling.
