Nexus Deutschland is looking for an IT Fachinformatiker Systemintegration / IT Systemelektroniker to support customers with our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system, PEGASOS. You'll join a team shaping the future of E-Health solutions by working on innovative software products.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote maintenance via remote access for system disruptions, including problem analysis and solution implementation.
- Conduct knowledge management through documentation of solutions and maintenance of technical documents.
- Take on new technical challenges repeatedly.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in computer science, training as a Fachinformatiker, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Experience in IT support, preferably using a ticket system.
- Passion for IT topics and comprehensive know-how.
- Curiosity and motivation to quickly familiarize oneself with new functions and modules.
- Knowledge in handling SQL databases (Oracle and MS SQL Server).
- Knowledge in handling/administration of MS Windows server systems and at least one scripting language.
- A certain level of network understanding.
- Understanding of the Windows file system.
