Airbnb is looking for a Platform Manager, Provisioning & Access Management to lead the strategy and execution for our global platform securing employee and contractor access. You will be responsible for building scalable systems that protect our resources while enabling our workforce.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of engineers and product managers to build and scale Airbnb's provisioning and access management platform.
- Define and execute the platform strategy, roadmap, and vision for global provisioning and access management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Security, IT, Engineering) to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly access solutions.
- Drive the adoption of modern identity and access management (IAM) standards and best practices across Airbnb.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, product management, or technical program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep technical expertise in identity and access management (IAM), provisioning, and directory services.
- Proven track record of building and scaling complex platforms and infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
