- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and incident reports
- Implement automation tools to streamline support processes
- Work closely with developers to replicate and validate reported bugs
- Support deployment of platform updates and patches
- Ensure systems meet compliance and security standards
- Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 incident coverage
- Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes of outages
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineering staff
- Coordinate with network and infrastructure teams during outages
- Provide technical feedback to improve product design
- Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning
- Develop scripts to automate repetitive troubleshooting tasks
