Responsibilities
- Manage daily platform configuration tasks including user access controls, asset integration, organizational structure setup, and rule-based configurations.
- Carry out fundamental functional and integration testing when incorporating new features, devices, or data inputs into the system.
- Analyze system logs and backend information to confirm platform performance and diagnose operational issues.
- Serve as the initial contact for client-reported technical problems and escalate to internal engineering teams when deeper analysis is needed.
- Lead remote troubleshooting sessions with clients to assess issues and deliver solutions or step-by-step guidance.
- Keep detailed records of system configurations, incident reports, and resolved cases to ensure full traceability.
- Work closely with product management, quality assurance, and development teams during feature releases and system deployments.
- Take part in user acceptance testing and assist with live deployment validation for new clients.
