Responsibilities
- Take charge of production and development environments, including older self-hosted systems and modern cloud setups, to drive automation and reliability.
- Turn complex manual steps into simple, repeatable, automated flows and CI/CD pipelines to get code to production quickly and safely.
- Own high-impact data and system changes in production, implementing automation and guardrails to make workflows predictable and low-risk.
- Integrate practical security improvements into tooling and workflows, ensuring deployment scripts are safe and removing risky manual steps.
- Work closely with global teams to handle urgent releases and bake SOC2 compliance practices directly into automation and process design.
