Zendesk is looking for a Platform Architect, Contact Center in the UK. You will be responsible for architecting robust, scalable platform solutions that power our Contact Center offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.
What You'll Do
- Architect and design scalable platform solutions for Contact Center products
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints
- Define technical standards, patterns, and best practices for platform development
- Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to development teams
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Platform Architect, Solutions Architect, or similar role in a cloud-based SaaS environment
- Deep expertise in designing and building large-scale, distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of modern contact center technologies and communication platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving and a track record of influencing technical direction
