Lear Corporation is looking for a Plant HR Generalist for Labor Relations & Employee Services to join our team at the Apodaca Plant. You will supervise and coordinate daily HR department activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting talent management, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring efficiency in HR processes.

What You'll Do

  • Follow up on the Salary Personnel Administration process.
  • Manage employee benefits administration processes.
  • Monitor HR Labor Audits, Compliance Guidelines, Safety, CTPAT, FOA, SOX, Labor Department requirements, and TS-16949/ISO-14001 standards.
  • Promote the Leadership Model, Mission, Vision, Values, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Promote and enforce the Code of Conduct, Internal Work Regulations, and corporate and internal policies for employees.
  • Administer the United Way program and Social Responsibility activities.
  • Recruit and hire for operational and administrative positions.
  • Administer the compensation policy, including performance evaluation, career path planning, and succession planning.
  • Coordinate and approve daily labor incident management (absences, tardiness, permissions) in partnership with the HR Supervisor.
  • Validate disciplinary actions for operational-level employees and escalate critical cases to the HR Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, business management, or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as an HR coordinator in the industry.
  • Knowledge of Lear’s corporate programs (TWW, LLM, etc.), labor laws, and intermediate English.
  • Effective management of work teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Great analytical skills, creativity, innovation, initiative, persistence, and openness to criticism and others' ideas.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position located at the Apodaca Plant in Apodaca, Nuevo León, México.
