Dodge Construction Network, the catalyst for modern construction, is hiring a Planning Data Specialist III (Central). This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key industry professionals to research and secure commercial construction project data. You will own an assigned territory, ensuring maximum project coverage and accurate, timely data entry into the Dodge platform.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts by understanding construction project data sources and your assigned territory.
- Conduct targeted outreach via phone and email to introduce Dodge, explain our value, and secure ongoing data sharing.
- Research, collect, and verify commercial construction project information using phone calls, emails, and digital tools.
- Enter and update project data in any construction stage accurately and on time within the Dodge platform.
- Maximize project coverage by identifying and capturing information on as many active projects as possible within your region.
- Complete required documentation to support data collection and verification.
- Own data quality and performance metrics, ensuring work is accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
- Manage your assigned territory efficiently and provide coverage for open or backlogged regions when needed.
- Respond to customer questions via Teams meetings or emails about projects in the region and engage directly to resolve issues.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry; equivalent customer care experience may substitute.
- Demonstrated success translating customer needs into clear problem diagnoses and practical, customer-focused solutions.
- Experience making outbound calls using effective communication.
- Online research experience with excellent internet research skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent reading comprehension.
- Able to work effectively in an independent, remote environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Must be located in the Central Region (AL, AR, FL, IL, IN, KY, LA, MI, MS, OH, TN, TX, or WI).
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 Central time zone.

- Preference to hire in the Columbus, OH area.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Manager of the Planning Team.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $44,000-$54,500
