RWJBarnabas Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team, providing high-quality patient-centered care. In this on-site role at our Main Hospital in New Brunswick, you will be responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients in the acute care setting, working to make a unique impact in our local communities.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients in the acute care setting.
- Provide patient and family intervention on all nursing units including orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, cardiac, critical care, trauma, general medicine, telemetry, emergency department, and pediatrics.
- Utilize strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills for intra-disciplinary and interdisciplinary communication.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy at the baccalaureate or post baccalaureate level.
- New Jersey board license and registration.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.

- Active membership in a professional organization is encouraged but not required.
