RWJBarnabas Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver essential care in our acute care hospital setting. You'll join a mission-driven organization dedicated to creating and sustaining healthier communities across New Jersey.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients in the acute care hospital setting.
- Provide patient and family intervention on all nursing units, including orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, cardiac, critical care, trauma, general medicine and telemetry, emergency department, and pediatrics.
- Utilize strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills for intra-disciplinary and interdisciplinary communication.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy at the baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate level.
- New Jersey board license and registration.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
Nice to Have
- Active membership in a professional organization is encouraged but not required.
