- Assist with scheduling patient appointments
- Verify patient insurance and demographic information
- Support front desk operations during high-volume periods
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
- Restock supplies in phlebotomy and exam rooms
- Coordinate lab deliveries according to schedule
- Adhere to HIPAA and patient privacy standards
- Respond to patient requests with empathy and professionalism
- Assist clinicians with administrative tasks as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
