About the Role

The position focuses on guiding enterprise clients to achieve strategic goals using technology solutions, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion through proactive engagement and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients throughout their lifecycle
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks
  • Guide customers in maximizing platform utilization and achieving business outcomes
  • Lead regular strategic business reviews with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with support and technical teams to resolve complex issues
  • Identify expansion opportunities aligned with customer goals
  • Track and report on key success indicators and adoption trends
  • Facilitate onboarding and transition processes for new accounts
  • Develop customer-specific success plans based on business objectives
  • Advocate for client needs internally to influence product direction
  • Manage multiple accounts with varying levels of complexity
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for all client interactions
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources during critical customer moments
  • Drive renewal readiness and support contract extension efforts
  • Stay current on industry trends and platform updates
