Meijer Stores LP is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to plan, direct, and supervise the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy. This role is central to ensuring excellent patient care, driving business growth, and maintaining adherence to all policies and laws.

What You'll Do

Manage staffing, including selection and hiring to meet pharmacy needs.
Prepare and conduct performance reviews for pharmacists and technicians.
Document and apply appropriate disciplinary actions.
Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
Execute pharmacy programs covering financial results, clinical services, labor, inventory, and patient services.
Educate and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
Motivate team members to perform at their highest level and hold them accountable for results.
Develop and execute a vision to expand and grow the pharmacy business.
Maintain knowledge of Meijer Policies and Procedures, as well as state and federal laws.
Perform and oversee clinical services, including immunizations where allowed.
Utilize effective communication skills and prioritize workload.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
Current registration as a Pharmacist in the state of practice.
Certification as an Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
Valid CPR Certification.
3+ years of experience in retail or community pharmacy practice.
Working knowledge of pharmacy systems, policies, procedures, and state regulatory requirements.
Successful completion of all required certifications.
