Digitalagenten is looking for a PflichtpraktikantIn Digitales Marketing & Analytics (m/w/d). The internship is available immediately and full-time as part of a mandatory internship within a study program or training, with a minimum duration of 3 months. Subsequently, there may be an opportunity for a traineeship, a working student position, or project-based continued employment.
What You'll Do
- Develop data-based ideas for social media channels and blogs, focusing on reach, target audiences, and performance.
- Manage content in our content management system (WordPress) and optimize our web presences based on SEO analyses and user behavior.
- Support systematic internet research on topics like keywords, competitors, and relevant platforms.
- Write search-engine-optimized informational and advertising copy and review its effectiveness using metrics.
- Create posts and campaigns for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms and analyze their resonance.
- Take over the evaluation and preparation of marketing KPIs (impressions, clicks, engagement, conversion rates, etc.) and derive actionable recommendations.
- Design visuals and graphics that are not only creative but also data-driven and tailored to our target groups.
What We're Looking For
- You are an enrolled student (m/w/d) in a relevant field of study (e.g., communication science, marketing, media management, data & analytics, or similar).
- You have an analytical mindset and enjoy recognizing patterns, trends, and optimization potential in data.
- You are proficient in social media and know current trends, as well as how to measure their success.
- You work in a structured, careful manner and are inspired by numbers as much as by creative ideas.
- You have an excellent command of German, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Initial experience with social media analytics or SEO tools is a plus.
