Pimcore GmbH is hiring a part-time Human Resources Generalist (f/m/x) to manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure HR compliance at our German entity. You will be the main point of contact for employees in Germany, handling administrative tasks and contributing to a positive work culture.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
- Act as the main contact for employees in Germany and handle all HR-related administrative tasks.
- Perform data maintenance within existing HR tools and manage employment contracts.
- Ensure HR compliance and accurate documentation in line with German labor and data protection laws.
- Plan and organize local office and team events to foster engagement.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role in Germany.
- Good knowledge of general HR processes and German labor law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both German and English.
- Organizational talent paired with the drive to challenge and improve the status quo.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
