Blue Safety Hygienetechnologie GmbH is looking for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) to drive growth in Southern Germany (Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg). You will be responsible for convincing dental practices of our SAFEDENTAL hygiene concept, combining strategic field sales with autonomous, consultative customer contact.
What You'll Do
- Convince dentists in the Southern region of our innovative hygiene solutions.
- Conduct qualified on-site consultations as well as remote meetings via phone and MS Teams.
- Strategically plan and structure field sales appointments across your territory.
- Work closely with the internal sales team and partner networks that provide qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the team in Münster while finding independent, clever ways to close deals in your region.
- Work stringently within a CRM system, provide input for sales strategies, and visibly contribute your strengths.

You will join a company of 11-50 employees, working closely with the team in Münster while being supported by an internal sales team and sales partners. You will report directly to Alexander Grüneberg, Head of Sales.
