Trellis is looking for a Personal Lines Sales Agent to join a high-performing team, helping customers across the country find personalized insurance coverage. In this fully remote sales role, you will use cutting-edge technology and a wide network of over 80 insurance carriers to create a real human impact.
What You'll Do
- Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Flood.
- Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email to create a seamless, personalized customer experience.
- Access 80+ insurance carriers to find the best-fit policies for each individual.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and technology to streamline workflow and maximize impact.
- Close 60+ policies per month with warm, inbound leads.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses.
- 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience.
- Experience in a contact center environment that offers multiple carriers.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills for phone and written interactions.
- Tech-savvy, motivated, and adaptable to new tools and processes.

Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates can be located in most U.S. states, with the exception of California and New York. The role is structured on a 4x10 shift schedule.
