Join Baqend GmbH as a (Senior) Social Media Manager, where you will elevate our visibility and positioning with a strategic focus on expanding our LinkedIn presence and other social media channels. You'll work directly with our CEO and marketing team to develop thought leadership content and drive organic growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and steer our organic social media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn and Meta, with future expansion to TikTok and YouTube.
- Build thought leadership formats for our executive management, from ideation to publication.
- Independently conceptualize, produce, and publish content (video, text, visuals).
- Test new formats & platforms, analyze results, and develop best practices.
- Actively contribute ideas to our marketing strategy and collaborate closely with Paid, Content, Design, and Brand teams.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in social media.
- Proven experience in a B2B/SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of platform logics, especially LinkedIn, including personal branding.
- Ability to understand and engage our B2B target audience to contribute to brand building and lead generation.
- Hands-on mentality: ability to use a camera and work with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Descript.
- Proficient in using tools and AI applications for creative content creation.
- Passion for storytelling, affinity for speed, and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Past experience building profiles for executives, with demonstrable proof.
- A background in business administration (BWL) is a plus.
