What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind how performance marketing delivers tangible results for healthcare organizations. You'll work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure Freshpaint's platform is leveraged to its full potential—driving better outcomes, faster.
You'll translate real-world customer challenges into actionable insights that shape product development. By building performance frameworks and ROI-driven narratives, you'll equip sales and customer success teams to demonstrate clear value.
Partnering closely with Customer Success, you'll design repeatable strategies that accelerate time to value and deepen customer reliance on Freshpaint as a core growth enabler. Your work will elevate the platform from a technical solution to a trusted strategic partner in marketing operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of direct experience in performance marketing and growth, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business impact.
- Hands-on campaign leadership across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and growth initiatives.
- Strong technical fluency: You use SQL and data visualization tools daily to uncover insights without waiting for external support.
- Deep expertise in server-side tracking technologies, including Meta Conversions API and Google Enhanced Conversions, with a clear understanding of how signal loss affects performance.
- Experience designing and interpreting incrementality tests (such as geo-based experiments and ghost bids) and applying Media Mix Modeling to guide budget decisions.
- Proven approach to marketing in a post-cookie environment, navigating ITP, ATT, and the decline of third-party cookies.
- Ability to engage and influence high-spend agencies, guiding them toward modern, privacy-compliant measurement standards.
- Strategic advisory skills: You align diverse stakeholders, build compelling narratives, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Revenue-focused mindset with a clear understanding of business drivers and KPIs.
- Systems thinking: You see connections across product, data, and marketing, and turn those insights into scalable solutions.
- Track record of productive collaboration across product, marketing, and revenue teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools—like LLMs and agents—to automate tasks such as creative evaluation, keyword audits, or data analysis.
- Background in regulated industries, especially healthcare (HIPAA), fintech, or insurance, where privacy and growth must coexist.
- Product strategy experience, including writing PRDs or shaping B2B SaaS roadmaps.
- Public thought leadership through whitepapers, case studies, or speaking engagements on privacy-safe marketing.
