What You’ll Do

- Build executive trust by positioning the platform as a strategic growth partner beyond compliance.
- Develop repeatable playbooks to accelerate campaign deployment and time to value.
- Collaborate with product marketing and revenue teams to refine market positioning and messaging.
- Drive customer expansion by embedding the platform into long-term growth strategies.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in performance marketing with a proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media, lifecycle marketing, and growth campaigns across channels.
- Strong technical fluency: proficient in SQL and data visualization tools to independently analyze performance.
- Expertise in server-side tracking technologies including Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions.
- Deep understanding of signal loss, data ingestion, and bidding model impacts in modern ad platforms.
- Experience implementing incrementality testing (e.g., geo-testing, ghost bids) and interpreting media mix models.
- A structured approach to marketing in a post-cookie environment, with strategies that work under ITP, ATT, and privacy restrictions.
- Ability to engage and guide performance agencies on new measurement standards and accountability.
- Strategic advisory skills with strong narrative-building and storytelling capabilities.
- Revenue-focused mindset with a clear understanding of business drivers and growth levers.
- Systems thinking: you connect technical, product, and business components into scalable solutions.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with product and go-to-market teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience using AI and LLMs to automate data analysis, creative evaluation, or search term audits.
