This senior role leads the evolution of PeopleSoft technology across multiple enterprise clients, ensuring robust, secure, and future-ready systems. You will define architectural roadmaps, establish best practices, and guide technical delivery with a focus on scalability, performance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and governance of end-to-end PeopleSoft landscapes, covering application architecture, integrations, security, and lifecycle management
- Provide expert direction on PeopleTools upgrades, PUM, and Selective Adoption strategies
- Champion automation, modernisation, and performance optimisation across development and operations
- Review and validate technical designs, code quality, integration methods, and release processes
- Mentor technical teams, including developers, DBAs, and consultants, to raise capability and consistency
- Define and enforce architectural standards, tooling, and delivery frameworks
- Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure decisions, particularly with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Lead workshops, architecture reviews, and governance sessions with internal and client stakeholders
- Collaborate with managed services to improve operational resilience and supportability
- Advise on pre-sales activities, solution design, and technical estimations
- Shape client technology strategies and ensure alignment with enterprise standards in security, disaster recovery, and availability
Requirements
- Must hold or be eligible for SC clearance
- Required to have resided in the UK continuously for the past five years
- Proven experience in leading large-scale PeopleSoft environments and technical teams
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is preferred
