Join B. Braun Avitum as a People Services Specialist where you will solve complex HR queries requiring specialized knowledge and policy interpretation. This role focuses on key SuccessFactors modules and plays a vital part in delivering efficient HR services within our dynamic family-owned company.
What You'll Do
- Promote efficient service delivery by solving complex inquiries related to Validated Learning administration, Employee Central Data Maintenance, and Recruitment and Onboarding.
- Provide timely, accurate, and value-adding answers to complex HR-related queries from employees and business managers.
- Ensure contact with Centers of Expertise (CoCs) to develop and maintain detailed process and policy knowledge.
- Work in close alignment with the People Services Global Reporting Hub.
- Deliver country-specific or business-unit specific training to HR, Business, and other People Services teams.
- Share information and knowledge with colleagues across the organization.
- Interpret policy and solve problems.
- Contribute to HR digitalization projects and support the execution of various People Services processes.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes in close alignment with CoCs and Global Process Coordinators.
- Proactively participate in cross-departmental teams and projects.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of professional experience in People Services, HR Services, or a related People and Culture area.
- Knowledge of HR processes, especially in HR Administration, Learning Administration, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
- Experience working with HR/HCM systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Fluent language skills (B2+) in English plus Polish and/or Czech.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of other languages at a communicative level (B1+) would be a plus, particularly Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Balkans languages, or Turkish.
