Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in HR/People Operations role.
- Experience and understanding of requirements, regulations and data privacy guidelines within Mexico.
- Working knowledge of HR requirements and HR Operations.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English is required (spoken and written).
- MS Office, including MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HRIS or HCM platforms with demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies; Workday experience is strongly preferred.
