Procurify is hiring a People Operations Coordinator

About the Role

Procurify is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the full People lifecycle and ensure smooth, consistent, and impactful People operations. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day support and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of People, helping to bring our people strategies to life.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative and coordination support across the full People lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and People data in our HRIS (BambooHR) to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with People programs and initiatives, such as engagement surveys, recognition programs, performance management cycles, and development sessions.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely support or directing to the right resources.
  • Maintain the company’s benefits program and serve as the main point of contact for benefits administration.
  • Help track and report on People metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Partner with the People team on a variety of projects to drive continuous improvement in People operations.
  • Act as a culture ambassador and live Procurify’s CARES values into day-to-day People practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Up to 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or a related People-focused role (internship or co-op experience welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with care and discretion.
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A team-oriented approach, with a commitment to building a positive and cohesive employee experience.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools; experience with our HRIS (BambooHR) or applicant tracking system (Ashby) is an asset.

You will be part of the People team, partnering closely with People Business Partners.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $50,000 - $62,000 CAD
